On Sunday, May 7, at Windsor Castle, Nigerian music icon Tiwa Savage gave an incredible performance at the coronation concert for King Charles III and Queen Camilla. Her performance of "Keys to the Kingdom," a song she co-wrote with Mr. Eazi and included on Beyoncé's album "The Lion King," stunned the crowd.

Tiwa Savage performed on an intensely lighted stage, backed by an ensemble consisting of violinists, drummers, and backup vocalists who sang in Yoruba. Tiwa Savage was dressed in a green attire created by Lanre Da Silva. Global music luminaries such as Katy Perry, Lionel Richie, Take That, Freya Ridings, Alexis Ffrench, Andrea Bocelli, and Sir Bryn Terfel performed at the concert in addition to Tiwa Savage.

Tiwa Savage‘s performance at the coronation for King Charles III and Queen Camilla on Saturday (May 6) has some fans torn. The Nigerian singer-songwriter took the stage with her dynamic record, “KEYS TO THE KINGDOM,” from Beyoncé’s The Lion King: The Gift album.

Naturally, fans and viewers flooded social media with a mixture of opinions.

Due to an unidentified illness, Nigerian Afrobeats artist Tiwa Savage has postponed her highly anticipated Wembley Arena gig. The singer was scheduled to excite fans at the "Tiwa Savage and Friends" event, which was scheduled for November 26. With this performance, Savage will become the first female Afrobeats musician to open a show at the 13,000-seat arena.

The mother-of-one did, however, reveal on Tuesday via her Instagram page that the show will be delayed because of health problems. Savage revealed that she had been suffering a "virus" and that for the upcoming several months, she would be on "vocal rest." "To my brave soldiers, I have been battling a sickness for the last three weeks, and I was told today to follow rigorous process.

"Unfortunately, I will have to postpone all performances, including my first-ever headline arena show in London," she continued. The crooner of "Somebody's Son" admitted that she was "heartbroken and devastated," but added that she had to take some time out to preserve her voice. "I truly apologize. I pledge to return to perform once since I adore you all. I'm completely well," she wrote.
